Here are test results on 3S 1300 lipo (2/11/2008)
4.1 x 4.1 prop at 24,000 rpm, 14 amps, gave about 12 ounces of thrust, 93mph pitch speed
4.5 x 4.1 prop at 22,000 rpm, 16 amps, gave about 16 ounces of thrust, 85 mph pitch speed
This motor is a great little motor. The Hobby Lobby Lynx with this motor and an APC 4.5 x 4.1 is a great combination and will fly much better than than the EDF version. Great for small flying wings in the 24" span range. Best setup is a 4.5 x 4.1 prop on a 3S1300 pack, good thrust and speed.
